Is the subscription auto-renewing?
No. Every plan is a fixed window: when it ends, access stops unless you buy a new one. We never keep a payment method on file, so there is nothing to auto-charge.
Can I switch products mid-subscription?
Each product (Step 1, Step 2 CK, etc.) is a separate subscription. You can hold multiple at once. There's no migration since they have distinct content.
Why crypto?
Lower fees (typically under $1 vs 3% for cards), instant settlement, and global access. We may add card payments later.
What if I bought the wrong plan?
Reach out within 7 days and we'll refund and re-issue. After 7 days or 50 questions attempted, refunds are discretionary.
Do you offer student / institutional pricing?
Yes, we work with study groups and schools. Tell us through the contact page how many people and which tracks, and we'll set up a custom plan.
Is there a cheaper option if I need longer than six months?
Yes. Where a track sells 1-year and 2-year windows, they sit under its Yearly tab. Each card prints its own saving against the track's shortest plan, and "How savings are calculated" under the plans shows the working.
Is a longer plan a bigger package?
No. Every plan carries the complete product for its track: all questions, all test modes, analytics, flashcards and self-assessments. Plans of 180 days or more also include one free data reset, and the 2-year plan adds a free month on the other track.
Can I get a refund on a two-year plan?
The same policy applies to every plan regardless of length: a full refund within 7 days of activating it, provided you have attempted no more than 50 questions. A plan you have not activated has not started its 7 days. After that, refunds are discretionary. See the refund policy for how partial refunds are handled.
Can I pause my plan?
Not automatically. The window runs on the calendar from the day it activates. If something serious interrupts your studying (illness, deployment, bereavement) contact us; we handle those case by case rather than by policy.
Do I get content added after I subscribe?
Yes. Your window covers the question bank as it stands the day you buy and everything published into it while your window is open. There is no separate charge for updates.
How is my data protected?
We don't sell data, run no third-party trackers, hash passwords with bcrypt, and offer 2FA. Read the privacy policy for the full picture.
