1. What a plan is
Every plan sold on this site is a fixed access window for one product (one exam track). A plan has three properties and no others: a price in US dollars, a duration in days, and the product it unlocks.
The window opens when you activate it, not when your payment confirms. A confirmed payment puts the days in your account and leaves them there until you press Activate; the clock starts at that moment and stops exactly its duration later, measured in calendar days. There is no renewal step, no grace period that silently charges you, and no stored payment method.
2. No auto-renewal — and what that means for you
We do not operate recurring billing. This is a deliberate product decision, and it has three consequences worth stating explicitly:
- You will never be charged unexpectedly. Every payment starts with you initiating it.
- There is no cancellation flow, and you do not need one. If you want the relationship to end, do nothing.
- Access ends without warning if you ignore the reminders. We email you before a window expires. If you want to continue, you buy the next window yourself.
3. Prices, currency, and taxes
Prices are quoted and charged in US dollars, settled in USDT at a 1:1 nominal rate. The price shown on the pricing page at the moment you start checkout is the price that applies to that purchase.
The amounts quoted are exclusive of any tax, duty, or levy your own jurisdiction imposes on a digital service bought from abroad. Where such a charge applies, it is yours to settle. Network fees for sending the payment are also yours — they typically run under a dollar on TRC-20.
Savings claims
Where a plan is shown with a “save $X (Y%)” figure, that figure is computed against the shortest plan we sell for the same product — the undiscounted daily rate — and is recalculated from live prices every time the page renders. Dollar savings are rounded down and percentages to the nearest point, so the figure shown is one you are guaranteed to meet or beat.
Price lock
The price you paid governs the whole window you bought. If list prices rise during your window, nothing is charged to you and nothing is withdrawn. The new price applies to your next purchase, not to the one you already hold.
4. How payment is confirmed
Payment is made in USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20). Checkout is operated by our third-party crypto payment provider, which issues a payment address and an exact amount on our behalf. That pairing is what identifies your payment, so:
- Send the exact amount shown, from any TRC-20 wallet you control.
- The provider watches the public TRON blockchain for a confirmed transfer matching that address and amount, and notifies us when it settles.
- On confirmation — usually one to two minutes — the purchase is credited to your account and you receive a confirmation email. Your access window does not begin until you activate it.
Because settlement runs through that provider, it — not this site — receives and holds your transferred funds until they are paid out to us. Every transfer is on the public TRON chain and is independently verifiable by you. We never receive, store, or have any means of storing a card number, bank detail, or wallet key.
Underpayment, overpayment, and wrong-network sends
- Underpayment
- A transfer materially below the quoted amount does not activate the window — the system marks the payment failed rather than granting partial access. A trivial shortfall caused by wallet rounding is absorbed and the window activates normally. If you have underpaid, contact us with the transaction hash: we will either invoice you for the difference or return what arrived, less network fees, whichever you prefer.
- Overpayment
- The window activates on the full amount received. We do not keep the excess — contact us with the transaction hash and the address to return it to, and we will send it back less network fees.
- Wrong network or wrong asset
- Sending a non-TRC-20 asset, or USDT on another chain, to a TRC-20 address may put the funds permanently beyond anyone's reach — including ours. We will help you investigate, but recovery cannot be promised and is often technically impossible. Check the network before you send.
- Expired quote
- A checkout quote is valid for a limited period. A payment arriving long after the quote lapses is treated as an unmatched transfer: contact us with the hash and we will reconcile it manually.
5. When a window ends — and when your study data is deleted
On expiry, access to that product's question bank, test modes, and analytics stops. Your account itself is unaffected, and so is everything you hold for any other product.
Your study data for the expired product is then held for 7 days. Activate another window for that product inside those 7 days and everything is exactly where you left it. If you do not, it is permanently deleted: your test sessions and the answers in them, your per-question history and statistics, your notes and highlights, your flashcards for that product, and your assessment attempts. Flashcard folders survive; the cards inside them do not.
We tell you before it happens, not after. A paid window gets an email 7, 3 and 1 days before it expires, another on the day it lapses naming the date the deletion falls due, and a notice in your account when the deletion has been carried out.
Deletion means deletion. We keep an internal archive of the deleted set for a further 30 days so that staff can undo a purge that should not have happened — it is an operational safeguard, not a restore-on-request service, and after those 30 days it is destroyed too. Nothing after that point can bring the data back.
A test session left open when a window expires is ended. Answers already submitted are saved.
6. Holding more than one plan
Each product is bought separately, and plans run independently. Holding a two-year Step 1 window does not discount, extend, or shorten a Step 2 CK window bought later, and buying a second product mid-window does not disturb the first.
Buying a second window for a product you already hold adds its days to the end of the one you are running. When you activate it, the new expiry is your current expiry plus the duration you bought — not today plus the duration. Windows never overlap and no day is ever paid for twice, so there is no timing to get right and nothing is lost by renewing early.
The addition happens at activation, not at payment. A purchase you have not activated sits in your account indefinitely and changes nothing about the window already running, which is what lets you buy whenever it suits you and start the days when it suits you.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy: in short, a full refund within 7 days of activation provided no more than 50 questions have been attempted, and discretionary treatment after that. Because the 7 days run from activation and not from payment, a purchase you have never activated has not started them. Because on-chain transfers are irreversible, a refund is paid as a fresh transfer to an address you give us, not as a reversal of the original.
8. Chargebacks and reversals
On-chain payments cannot be charged back, which is one of the reasons we use them. If a payment is nonetheless reversed, disputed, or later shown to be fraudulent — for example a transfer from a compromised wallet — we may suspend the account until the matter is resolved.
9. Institutional and group purchases
Accounts are personal and may not be shared. Schools, study groups, and programmes wanting access for several people should contact us for an institutional arrangement: seat-based licensing, invoicing, and a single point of administration. Get in touch and tell us how many people and which tracks.
10. Changes to plans and prices
We may add, retire, or reprice plans at any time. A change never affects a window already purchased. If we retire a plan you are currently on, you keep it until it expires.
11. Records
Your purchase history, with amounts, dates, and transaction hashes, is available in your account settings. Payment records are retained for seven years for accounting and tax purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Contact
For anything about a payment — a transfer that has not landed, an amount that looks wrong, a receipt you need — reach us through our contact form, and include the transaction hash if you have one. It is the fastest way for us to find your payment on the chain.
